War is a simple game of chance where the goal is
to draw a higher-ranked card than the dealer. If you tie with the
dealer, you go to War! While at War, you draw three cards face down,
the dealer draws three cards face down, and you both draw one card face
up. Whoever has the highest-ranked fourth card wins the War!
